FLEXORA LTD provides:
• Online personal coaching (Workout plans, Nutrition plans)
• Individual or group remote support
• Personal development programs
• Educational digital content (videos, documents, exercises, etc.)

All services are provided online only and delivered electronically or via video calls.

3. Orders

3.1 Process
The customer selects a service, fills in their details, and completes payment through a secure platform (e.g., Stripe).

3.2 Confirmation
An order confirmation is sent by email. The contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.

3.3 Order Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of:
• Non-payment
• Abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Clear incompatibility between the service and the client’s needs

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in GBP (£) or EUR (€) depending on your location.

VAT may not be applicable depending on the company’s tax status under UK regulations.

Payments are made online via a secure platform (e.g., Stripe).
No banking data is stored by us.

5. Delivery of Services

Services are delivered:
• Via video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) based on scheduling
• Through online access or email delivery (digital content)

The customer must verify the accuracy of their information before confirming the order.
No refunds will be granted in case of input errors.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Personalized Coaching
• No right of withdrawal once the session has started or the content has been delivered (customized and digital services)
• Cancellation with full refund is possible if made at least 24 hours before the first session

Digital Content
• No refunds after access has been granted, in accordance with UK/EU regulations, as the customer agrees to immediate execution and waives their right of withdrawal

7. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to:
• Provide accurate information
• Respect booking conditions
• Not distribute, share, or resell content
• Maintain respectful behavior toward the coach

8. Liability

FLEXORA LTD shall not be held liable for:
• Misuse of the advice provided
• Failure to achieve the expected results (coaching is guidance, not a guarantee of success)
• Any indirect or non-material damages

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided is protected by copyright.

The customer is granted a personal, non-transferable right of use.
Any reproduction or distribution without authorization is strictly prohibited.
