By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to digital content.
2. No Right of Withdrawal (Personalized Digital Services)
In accordance with applicable UK regulations and Article 16 of the European Directive 2011/83/EU (as transposed), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began with the consumer’s express consent;
• The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium (such as videos, eBooks, platform access), where performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, no automatic refunds are provided for services that have already been delivered or started, including:
• Coaching sessions already completed or started
• Digital content already delivered or accessible
• Packages or subscriptions already activated
3. Refund Conditions
Partial or exceptional refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of FLEXORA LTD in the following cases:
• Cancellation before service begins:
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the first coaching session or program access, a full refund may be considered.
• Technical issue or billing error:
In case of duplicate payment or clear billing error, a full or partial refund will be issued.
• Justified dissatisfaction (case-by-case):
Any dissatisfaction request must be sent to support@joinflexora.com with a detailed explanation within 48 hours following the first session. After review, a commercial gesture or credit may be offered.
